Fondly nicknamed the 'mini-Nürburgring', its twisty and undulating nature, winding through open park and woodland, has seen it become established as one of the best circuits in the country. Once discovered, it is often a firm favourite amongst many who visit, whether as a spectator or participant.
Driving on the Cadwell Park circuit will be exclusively for our event and those who have purchased CSF26 track sessions. The circuit is hired for our exclusive use on Saturday 11th July. This will mean you will be on track with fellow ClioSport Club Members and Car enthusiasts from our guest clubs in a range of vehicles.

Cadwell Park Circuit

Cadwell Park is hidden gem of UK motor racing circuits, set in the Lincolnshire countryside and famous for its roller-coaster-style layout.

It's those changes in gradients and the circuitss narrow twisting turns running through woodland that make some refer to it as the 'mini-Nürburgring'.

Those who do discover it often come to regard it as a favourite, whether they are watching from the sidelines or taking part on the track.

How to get to ClioSport Festival 2026

Cadwell Park Circuit, Louth, Lincolnshire, LN11 9SE

Cadwell is just off the A153 between Louth & Horncastle.
From the South leave the A1 at Grantham and take the A153 all the way to the track.
From the North, take the A18/A16 to Louth, then the circuit is ~7 miles South on the A153.

Getting to Cadwell Park by public transport is challenging as it's a rural circuit, requiring a train to nearby Lincoln or Louth, then a taxi or limited bus service

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to some of the most common questions will be updated here. If you need any further information, ask us here

Can I buy tickets on the day ?

To allow us to manage numbers and in the interest of the safety and wellbeing of our attendees, we have introduced a number of changes to ticketing for this years event.

ALL tickets must be purchased online in advance.

There will be NO CASH SALES ON THE DAY of the event, and no entry without a pre-purchased ticket.

Online ticket sales will be open up to the time the event starts, so you must book online before you travel.

Tracktime is usually sold out well before the event so you are strongly advised to book this in advance.

If tracktime has all sold out, but you are still coming to the event anyway, you may be able to be waitlisted for any possible no-shows on the day. Please use the contact form to enquire

I've never driven on track before, what's the usual schedule of events ?

Once people have arrived and “signed on” at the circuit office and received their identification wristbands, the track manager will give a quick but comprehensive briefing. It's here that everything will be explained, from the circuit layout, flag rules, safety rules, overtaking rules and tuition. It's at this point we ask for anyone who isn't quite sure as to how things work to speak up.

We then ask that everyone gets ready and joins the rest of their group in the paddock area. After the circuit staff have carried out the final safety checks on the circuit... away you go!

We have an approximately 1-hour break for lunch around 1.00pm where the track sessions will be paused.

No driver will be allowed on track until they have attended a safety briefing.

Can I hire a helmet ?

A limited number of helmets will be available to hire from the circuit on the day. These are on a first come first served basis.

You can pay for one when booking or ask when signing on if you would like to hire one.

In case of high demand, we would advise bringing your own where possible.

What should I wear on track ?

For safety reasons all drivers and passengers must wear clothing that fully covers arms & legs.

Please ensure you bring long sleeved tops & trousers with you, even if the forecast is for hot weather!

The circuit insists that drivers and passengers wear suitable and well fitting helmets at all times on the track.

Occupants of cars that do not have full windscreens should wear full face helmets or suitable eye protection.

Helmet attached cameras are strictly prohibited. In car cameras must be securely mounted.

Do I have to camp on both nights with a Weekend ticket?

While you do require a full weekend ticket to stay on and enjoy the Saturday evening entertainment and food, camping is of course not mandatory on either day.

You will be able to leave site later in the evening to return home or to a local hotel if you prefer.

What is the noise limit for the track ?

The noise limits are 105 dba Static

The static test is measured at 3/4 throttle at 0.5 metres from the tailpipe.

These limits are usually the same limit as imposed on most road based race / rally competition cars and should therefore not be hard to achieve.

The circuit may not test every car as they feel experienced enough to selectively test the noisier cars.

If I damage my car in an accident, who will pay ?

Although trackday accidents are rare, if you decide to take your car on to a track, you must be aware that you are accepting the risk. By booking to take part you have already agreed to this. You will also be required to sign a further declaration at each event. This is usual on any trackday.

The owners of venue, ClioSport Limited or any other person or company cannot be held responsible, even if an accident is not your fault. It is becoming increasingly unlikely that your road going policy is going to cover you for a trackday so make sure you check with your insurance company first. Make sure you mention that these events are non-competitive and no racing or timing is allowed. There are numerous providers of Trackday Insurance online, for an additional premium. We always recommend you take out a separate per event policy to be sure. It is recommended that you consider if you have adequate personal accident insurance in place before taking part.

If required for insurance purposes, the track day organiser (TDO) is MOT Trackdays Registered company: 06588261

Can I have Instruction ?

Instructors will be available at the circuit to give you informal guidance into track driving technique and how it varies from road driving. That said your road driving can benefit a great deal from the skills discovered in your trackday experience.

The aim is ultimately to improve how safely and smoothly you drive your car around a track and that will inevitably help with awareness and control on the road.

Ultimately it's only going to be you with feet on the pedals, and any accidents at trackdays (thankfully rare) are always the fault of the driver and the driver alone. Instructors cannot stop you from having an accident but they can make you think twice about driving beyond your limits. We HIGHLY recommend all beginners make use of them. Advice can be booked when you sign into the event.

Are children and dogs allowed ?

Children under the age of 16 years old will be admitted with a reduced price child ticket with any accompanying adult. Proof of age may be requested on the gate. Children must remain accompanied by an adult at all times. Children under 16 are not permitted in the pit or assembly area. Children must be over 16 years of age to be allowed out as a passenger on track.

Dogs are absolutely not permitted to enter any part of the site and showground. Please do not bring them along or you will be asked to leave with no refund of any tickets purchased. This is for the safety of all attendees and the dogs themselves due to the nature of the circuit activities.

Are passengers allowed on track ?

Yes, passengers over the age of 16 are permitted on track with the purchase of a passenger pass. If under 18 their guardian will be required to sign a Declaration and Indemnity.

A general rule is that only the front seats are allowed to be occupied. However each passenger must have the exclusive use of a seat belt.

An additional charge of £15 is charged for each passenger, and can be purchased with your tickets in advance, or at the ClioSport Club Merchandise Marquee in the main showground.

Passengers must also attend the sign-on and driver safety briefing before the session so that they can be issued with necessary paperwork and wristbands.

What is the refund policy ?

Please be aware that there is a clearly defined refund policy for all ticket and track time purchases, as agreed in the booking terms and conditions.

Due to the organiser's commitments with event suppliers, we are required deduct the following administration charges from all refunds as the event approaches.

1st March 2026 - 30th April 2026: 25% deducted
1st May 2026 - 31st May 2026: 50% deducted
1st June 2026 - 30th June 2026: 75% deducted
1st July 2026 - Day of Event: Strictly No Refund

All tickets are non-transferrable (identification will be required when signing on on the day). If you are unable to use a ticket or track session you have purchased you cannot sell this on yourself to a third party.

What time should I arrive for the event ?

The site opens to those with Full Weekend tickets only for optional pre-show camping on Friday 10th July from 6.00pm. Please do not arrive before this time as there will be strictly no earlier entry due to this day being booked for another event. We would not like people gatecrashing the end of our day, so please do not expect to do this to someone elses day.

Your e-tickets will be checked on entry at the ticket checkpoint. Please stop and wait until a marshal or team member admits you.

ALL tickets must be purchased online in advance. There will be NO CASH SALES ON THE DAY of the event, and no entry without a pre-purchased ticket. Online ticket sales will be open up to the time the event starts, so you must book online before you travel.

In the unlikely event of a queue, please DO NOT leave your car or approach the ticket booth on foot as this will delay your entry. Please stay in your car and allow our team to admit you in an orderly fashion.

Gates will open to all ticket holders at 8.00am on Saturday morning. Please try to avoid arriving before this time to limit queueing. Morning track session drivers should ensure they arrive in time to sign-on between 8.00am and 8.30am.
